Goddess Furs ships within the United States via FedEx exclusively. FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes so please have a street address available. We offer the following shipping options:
- FedEx Ground or Home Delivery
- FedEx 2Day
- FedEx Overnight
Goddess Furs is happy to make every effort to accommodate your shipping requests. For security purposes, all packages shipped from Goddess Furs require a signature upon receipt. All items are insured up to the point of acceptance by the recipient. The package will be considered accepted when any person receiving the package at the designated address signs for it from the delivering carrier. The required signature confirmation is an agreement by all parties to our invoice, both digital and paper, that all goods provided are in a satisfactory manner.
The shipping cost of returning any item will be incurred by the customer. In the event that the wrong item is shipped or merchandise is received in a damaged or defective state, Goddess Furs will incur the shipping cost. For additional information about returns, including procedures, please refer to our Return Policy.
In-stock orders placed Monday through Friday will be shipped within 3 days from the time of purchase pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following first business day.
Restrictions:
Items ordered together may not be shipped together depending on size and weight. All packages will have a photo reference and respective tracking numbers.
All orders require a street address.
Goddess Furs requires a signature for all deliveries regardless of any waivers provided to FEDEX. These requirements are for your protection.
The required signature confirmation is an agreement by all parties to our invoice, both digital and paper, that all goods provided are in a satisfactory manner.
If you will not be home to sign for your order, or if it is a gift, and a separate billing address is kept on file with your bank, Goddess Furs can ship your order to an alternate address on file. As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address.

U.S. Internet Returns Policy:
We want you to be absolutely satisfied with the purchase of your new fur garment. If you do require a return, please follow the simple guideline below.
Get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
To get a RMA, you must, within 48 hours of order delivery:
-Send an email requesting a return merchandise authorization to customercare@goddessfurs.com
-Fill out the return merchandise authorization form via email to customercare@goddessfurs.com
NOTE that we WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY returns WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS if a return authorization form is not completed within 48 hours of delivery.
Once you have completed the return authorization form, you will receive your RMA number and shipping label within 1 business day, M-F.
Please print out your RMA confirmation number and enclose it with your return; see “Package your Items,” below.
Package Your items
To ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we require you send your items to us in the original packaging provided.
All garment tags and bags must still be attached and included for a full refund.
Enclose a copy of your RMA confirmation number printed via email.
Indicate your Return Merchandise Authorization Number on the outside of the package.
If there is a special promotional gift, All Free Gifts must be returned with products that are to be refunded. Refunds are not granted to products that are not returned with the free gift.
Send Your Package
A pre-paid FedEx shipping label is provided for your convenience, insurance included. No postage is required upfront. The entire cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Simply drop the packaged, labeled, and insured box at a local FedEx Office Store, or call FEDEX for a pick-up: 1-800-GO-FEDEX (463-3339).
We must receive your return within 7 days of the date your purchase was delivered. Items must be returned new, unworn, and damage-free, in their original condition.
Upon return, complete inspection and approval, we will process an exchange or refund (less postage/packing charges).
Non-Qualified Returns
The following Items CANNOT be returned:
Merchandise that has been worn, damaged, or not in its original condition.
Merchandise for which a RMA was not obtained within 48 hours of delivery.
Merchandise not received within 7 days of the date your purchase was delivered.
All merchandise marked 50% off or greater are designated as FINAL SALE and can only be returned or exchanged for in-store credit.
Any garment, modified (i.e. sized, monogrammed, worn, etc.) abused or missing tags will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
Custom or Special Orders are Final Sales. Custom or Special Orders are garments specifically made for a customer and must be paid in full before the merchandise is received. Please See our Custom or Special Order Policy.
Exchanges
Your purchase may be exchanged for merchandise of equal or greater value up to 10 days after your purchase is delivered. Just follow the same steps as for a return except
A RMA must be requested within 3 days of order delivery and the return for exchange must be made within 10 days of order delivery.
DUE TO THE UNIQUE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS, Goddess Furs REGRETS THAT WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE AVAILABILITY OF MERCHANDISE EXCHANGES.

Additional Terms
All merchandise is quality inspected prior to shipment. If you find a product to be defective, please notify our Returns Department immediately by contacting customercare@goddessfurs.com
If we do not hear from you within the required 48 hours upon receipt of delivery, via email, no further claims can be pursued. The item/s received are considered satisfactory. All terms and conditions set forward on the invoice, digital or hard copy are fully accepted at the time of purchase.
Refunds are made only to the purchaser of record and in the exact method of original payment.
Goddess Furs will not be responsible for the loss or damage of return shipments.
All items are subject to a $250 restocking fee.
When will I receive my refund?
All correctly returned products, once accepted will be credited as either a store credit, or a refund to the original purchaser’s credit card, deducting all applicable shipping costs and or restocking fees within 5-7 business days of return acceptance. If the product is an exchange, the new item will be processed within 5-7 business days, as soon as possible. Upon receiving your return, each item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department. Please note those items showing signs of wear at all, or those that have been monogrammed, resized, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no Goddess Furs Return Merchandise Authorization, and packages that are improperly packaged, damaged or uninsured will not be accepted.
You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the refund request from Goddess Furs.
Q: How long will my fur last?
A: With proper care, cleaning and storage, a fur coat can last for decades before being repurposed and upcycled. Common sense and some TLC can keep a fur in peak condition for many years. Furs don’t like heat, friction and cramped spaces.
Q: I have air conditioner at my home, Can I store my coat at home during the summer months?
A: Nothing shortens the lifespan of a fur like keeping it cooped up in the closet during the hot summer months. Home storage – even using air conditioning or cedar closets – will not protect your fur from drying out or from dust, dirt and insect damage. A cedar closet absorbs moisture (so moths can’t live) and thereby will dry out the leather. Professional fur vaults are specially designed environments with carefully controlled humidity and temperature. When furs are not professionally stored, though the fur may not appear to be damaged, the natural oils in the leather may have dried out prematurely aging the garment and leaving it more vulnerable to rips and tears. Be sure to store your fur at an Authorized Fur Care Specialist℠.
Q: How do I clean my fur coat?
A: Furs should be cleaned annually by a fur specialist – never by a dry cleaner for clothes. While fur may not look dirty, it needs freshening to remove particles of dirt on the fur and to keep it soft. The cleaning process – putting oils back into the fur and leather – prolongs its longevity and enhances the luster of the fur. Bringing your fur to a fur specialist for annual cleaning is an ideal opportunity for your fur retailer to check for any minor rips or tears and repair them before they become more serious. Do not treat a fur with mothballs.
Q: Can I wear my handbag on my shoulder while wearing my fur coat?
A: Avoid shoulder bags on a consistent basis as the strap will rub the fur and create bald patches.
Q: Can I wear perfume when I wear my fur coat?
A: Yes, but avoid getting perfume and hairspray on the fur. This could damage the fur. Avoid spraying perfumes, hairsprays and insecticides directly on your fur. These sprays (including alcohol, solvent, and silicone based substances) will dry the leather and stiffen the guard hairs.
Q: Can I add a broach, decorative jewelry, or accessories to my fur coat?
A: Furs don’t like to be pricked with the pinning of jewelry or accessories on your fur.
Q: Will my fur be ruined if it gets wet?
A: Most furs can handle some rain and snow. Shake it out and hang it in a well-ventilated room. Never hang the fur near direct heat. Resist the temptation to use a hair dryer on the fur and do not use a brush or comb on the fur. Should the fur have gotten thoroughly soaked, then it needs to be taken to a fur retailer for professional treatment.
Q: How do I keep my fur at home during the winter?
A: During the winter, give your fur ample closet space with no exposure to bright light which can cause fur to oxidize and change color. During the fur-wearing season, a fur needs to hang on a broad-shouldered hanger– no wires! A fur retailer can provide one.
Q: Should I keep my fur in a garment bag?
A: Fur needs breathing room. Fur needs air circulation to prevent its leather side from drying out. Never cover fur with a plastic bag. If it must be covered for a short period of time, use a loosely woven cloth bag so the fur can breathe.
Q: What if I get makeup on my fur?
A: If makeup rubs off and into the collar area or perfume settles on the fur, take it to an authorized furrier for professional cleaning.
Q: I have a tear or rip in my fur coat or leather jacket, can that be fixed?
Yes, it can be fixed. Take your fur coat or leather jacket to your nearest authorized furrier or email us to get recommendations for a furrier in your area.
Q: I spilled wine (coffee, milk, spaghetti sauce) on my fur coat, how do I get it cleaned?
A: If spill is not dried yet, sprinkle some Baby Powder as soon as possible on the spill, let it sit for 30 minutes to an hour and then brush lightly. Take your coat to the nearest authorized furrier as soon as possible for service and repair.,
Q: Do I need to insure my fur?
A: Fur coats are a valuable investment. We recommend you get insurance to cover you in the event of a loss. You will need up-to-date appraisals on each fur garment that you own. Keep in mind that most homeowner’s policies will not adequately cover your garments unless there is a specific rider adding them to the basic policy. Also be sure to get information on applicable deductibles and depreciation that would apply in the event of a loss. Almost all Authorized Furcare Specialists℠ can appraise your furs, and usually much more accurately than a standard insurance company. Some Authorized Furriers even offer insurance or replacement programs that are much more complete and specialized to your fur needs at a competitive cost.
